Our Officers supervise the contracts on a regular basis by maintaining close liaison with the Management of the client companies. With a view to ensure "ALERTNESS" we carry out periodic surprise security checks of our companies by Night at regular intervals. This also helps in reviewing of security requirements and making suggestions to the client companies.

We are committed to the following:

  • All statutory and regulatory requirements i.e. PF/ESI/Gratuity/Bonus, HRA and Service Tax are taken care of and all essential documents are maintained regularly and subjected to periodic audit by concerned Govt. Departments.
  • Daily visits of Officers- In-charge to each Contract unit to ensure personal liaison with the management and attending to day to day difficulties/requirements.
  • Verification of antecedents of all personnel by police authorities
  • Payment of wages as per rules, within stipulated time.
  • Computerised documentation of all employees and payment to the employees by cheques/ECS.
  • Regular night checks by Officers and local supervisory staff.
  • We employ Ex-Servicemen as and when available and civilians for security duties.

Our payments are governed by MAHARASHTRA SECURITY GUARD BOARD ACT and Minimum Wage Act and undergo changes from time to time as per notifications announced by State Govt on regular basis and any other directives issued by the Govt.

Training Academy

We have our own Training Academy, where we give training to newly recruited Security Guards, and also carryout Refresher Training for old guards. The training is given as per Guard Board directions and the syllabus includes Drill, Access control, Manning of material gates, operating X Ray machines, Patrolling, Intelligence Gathering, Fire fighting, First Aid etc.
